Strong business development at Casagrande has made it necessary to structure the company in two Divisions:

The Foundation Division, responsible for engineering, manufacturing and distributing foundation equipment for the construction industry (small and large piling machines and equipment,
complete diaphragm wall systems, equipment for drilling, anchoring, micro-piles and jet-grouting, special tunnel consolidation equipment);

The Plant Division, which designs, engineers, supplies and installs machinery and plants to manufacture large concrete products, primarily used to distribute water for civil and agricultural applications, jacking pipes, poles for power lines, piles for large foundations, special railway sleepers, ecological containers for radioactive and toxic-hazardous materials.

This structure allows Casagrande to centrally manage functions such as: administration/accounting, management supervision, IT, research and development, finance, human resources, quality, logistics and strategic marketing.

Other functions such as: engineering, sales and marketing, technical service, other services and spare parts are decentralized within the Divisions.
