Bill came to Casagrande USA from Doosan Portable Power, formally Ingersoll-Rand, where he was responsible for sales to their National Rental Accounts. He served 20 years as a Commander in the United States Navy as a helicopter pilot. Previous construction equipment companies include Komatsu and Ingersoll-Rand since leaving active duty. He graduated from the University of Miami, Florida for his undergraduate degree and earned a MBA/Strategic Management from Pace University, White Plains, New York.

Upon graduation, he moved to Australia and landed a job at the Italian Chamber of Commerce as a Project Specialist. After spending 3 years down under, he decided to move back to Italy and started his career as a Controller with Casagrande Group in Fontanafredda, Italy. Today, Alberto is stationed in Casagrande USA as Chief Financial Officer. He is deeply committed to his work and eagerly looks forward to the challenges ahead.

She is a graduate of the Plaza Business School in Paramus, NJ and received a diploma in Computerized Accounting. She received her bachelor degree in Business Administration with honors from Centenary College and also received her MBA from Centenary College.
send emailAaron joined CES in 1999. Prior to working with Casagrande Aaron worked as an equipment operator and auto mechanic. After graduating high school in 1996 Aaron went to work as a mechanic's helper in a local garage. In less than a year he was working as a full fledged mechanic. At the same time, Aaron worked during his free time helping his older brother start a site work construction company. Aaron has been trained at the factories in Germany as well as schools here in the States for hydraulics, electronics, canbus systems and computers. Recently Aaron has been to Italy for training at the Casagrande plant. In addition to managing the entire crew in the shop, Aaron takes most of the "help" calls Casagrande USA receives, where he works with customers over the phone to help them do their own trouble shooting and repairs on a wide variety of construction drilling equipment.
send emailAs another recent acquisition to the growing Casagrande family, Randy comes with nearly 20 years experience in hydraulic, electrical, and drafting/CAD practices. After graduating high school in 1986, Randy was hired by a small OEM whose focus was the high pressure die casting industry. His responsibilities grew to include everything from addressing potential customer inquiries thru commissioning the finished product at the customer's site and everything in between. Randy's responsibilities at Casagrande currently include technical documentation management, purchasing, adaptation engineering, and assisting with the shop staff in order to ensure an efficient and robust solution to our customer's concerns/desires.
send emailLike most of Casagrande USA shop staff, Tom has worked on machinery most of his adult life. Tom's dad owned a local repair shop that sold and serviced a variety of farm machinery, automobiles, and trucks. After high school Tom enlisted in the US Army in 1971. Trained as a helicopter mechanic, he served in both the US and Korea. After receiving an honorable discharge, Tom moved to Alaska where he worked a challenging series of jobs, including everything from having his own office maintenance business to working as a salvage diver. Upon his return to NJ, Tom continued in the family business and also worked with a local fabricator in a variety of projects including fabrication of pressure vessels. Tom joined the company in 1998. He has been trained at the factories as well as other specialized schools including hydraulics, computers, and electric motor control systems.
Kevin joined the company as an apprentice while still in high school. Kevin was enrolled in the Sussex Vo-Tech welding program. He graduated with honors in 2005. Kevin has always had active mechanical interests. He has excelled in all Casagrande training programs and now is working both in the shop and field, providing repairs and on site customer training.
Rob also joined the company as an apprentice while still a student in the welding shop at Sussex Vo-Tech. After graduation Rob participated in the company's in house training. He also participated in several computer based training courses and works hard to learn at every opportunity.
Rich came to Casagrande with an extensive automotive service background. He graduated high school in Port Jervis, New York in 1994. After graduation Rich went to Lincoln Technical Institute where he studied automotive technology. After graduating LTI, Rich went to work as a tech for a local GM dealer, attending many of the various service schools offered to GM dealer techs. He eventually went on to owning and operating his own automobile repair shop. Rich came to Casagrande after receiving a job offer from Mike Steinhardt. Mike and Rich had known each other since Rich was a Boy Scout in a Troop run by Mike and Rich's dad. Rich's hobbies include motorcycles and shooting sports.
send emailJerry brings to Casagrande, a very diverse set of skills and work experience. After high school in Montville, NJ Jerry took a summer job with a travelling carnival and spent several years working with them and travelling around the East Coast. During his time with them he did everything from selling tickets to repairing the machinery that powered the rides. Over the next twenty years as Jerry and his wife raised their two children Jerry worked in such diverse jobs as milk route driver, replacement window installer, carpenter, and warehouse manager. Always cheerful and willing to tackle any task, Jerry holds the building together and makes sure that all of our people and parts get to and from the airport in a timely manner. Jerry's hobbies include motor cycles and hunting but his passion is fishing with friends and family.
