EXPERIENCED TEAM - SERVICE |
| Aaron
Hull, Operations Manager |
|
 Aaron
joined CES in 1999. Prior to working
with Casagrande Aaron worked as an
equipment operator and auto mechanic.
After graduating high school in 1996
Aaron went to work as a mechanic's
helper in a local garage. In less
than a year he was working as a full
fledged mechanic. At the same time,
Aaron worked during his free time
helping his older brother start a
site work construction company. Aaron
has been trained at the factories
in Germany as well as schools here
in the States for hydraulics, electronics,
canbus systems and computers. Recently
Aaron has been to Italy for training
at the Casagrande plant. In addition
to managing the entire crew in the
shop, Aaron takes most of the "help"
calls Casagrande USA receives, where
he works with customers over the phone
to help them do their own trouble
shooting and repairs on a wide variety
of construction drilling equipment. |

| Paul
Oehlke, Parts Specialist |
|
 After
graduating from Union County Technical
School's HVAC Program, Paul moved
from New Jersey to San Francisco,
CA. He began work there in the service
department of a large tool rental
company and rose quickly within the
company. Over the years there, he
held such key positions as service
manager and assistant branch manager.
In 1996 Paul joined Imer USA, an Italian
manufacturer of construction machinery.
As operations manager Paul mastered
the complexities of supporting off
shore manufactured equipment including
expediting parts imports, resolving
technical issues between American
customers and foreign engineers, and
meeting high customer expectations.
Paul returned to New Jersey in 2002.
After a brief stint with a local golf
course Paul joined CES as parts manager.
Paul's years of customer service in
the rental business and his international
experience with Imer make him the
ideal parts manager for CES. |

as a helicopter mechanic, he served
in both the US and Korea. After receiving
an honorable discharge, Tom moved
to Alaska where he worked a challenging series of jobs, including everything from having his own office maintenance business to working as a salvage diver. Upon
his return to NJ, Tom continued in
the family business and also worked
with a local fabricator in a variety
of projects including fabrication
of pressure vessels. Tom joined the

specialized schools including hydraulics,
computers, and electric motor control
